Our Commitment

At Rooted Rich Society, we take pride in creating products with intention and care. Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves us, but something isn't right, we're here to help. 

Returns

All Rooted Rich Society products are final sale.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted when an item is:

• Defective due to a manufacturing issue
• Incorrect due to an error made by Rooted Rich Society
• Damaged before shipment

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review your request.

Carrier Damage

If your package arrives with visible damage caused during transit, including torn, crushed, punctured, wet, or otherwise damaged shipping packaging, please keep the item, mailer, and all packaging materials.

Orders are shipped with carrier tracking and applicable shipping insurance. Damage caused while a package is in the carrier’s possession may require a claim to be filed with the shipping carrier. Rooted Rich Society will provide any shipment documentation reasonably needed for the claim.

Carrier damage is separate from a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error by Rooted Rich Society.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the original item is unavailable, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Rooted Rich Society will cover return shipping when the return is the result of our error, including:

• Receiving the wrong item
• Receiving an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect
• Receiving an item that was damaged before shipment

Return shipping or reimbursement related to damage caused during carrier transit will be handled according to the carrier’s claim process and applicable shipping insurance.

Preorder Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled before production begins. 

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted because your totes has already entered the manufacturing process. 

However, if we do not ship your order within the estimated time frame and we have not communicated an updated timeline, you're welcome to contact us to discuss your options, including cancellation.
