At Rooted Rich Society, we’re committed to delivering quality products with care and intention. Our current inventory is in stock, meaning your items are already produced and do not require a preorder or additional production time.

While our products are in stock, we still require time to carefully prepare each order for shipment. Please review our processing and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Order Processing: 7–14 Business Days

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE 7–14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING BEFORE SHIPPING.

Our processing timeframe begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Please note: Processing time is NOT shipping or delivery time. The 7–14 business day timeframe does not include the additional time required for your shipping carrier to deliver your package.

Orders may ship sooner when processing is completed ahead of schedule.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow time for your shipping carrier to update tracking after the package has been received and scanned.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping service, and carrier operations.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Multiple Items & Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on processing and fulfillment needs.

If your order is shipped separately, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Preorders & Future Releases

Although our current inventory is in stock, Rooted Rich Society may offer preorder items for future releases.

Any item offered as a preorder will be clearly identified on its product page, along with its applicable processing or estimated shipping timeframe.

Preorder timelines may differ from our standard in-stock processing timeframe.

Before You Place Your Order

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Your in-stock order requires 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.
• Weekends, holidays, and carrier transit times are not included in the processing timeframe.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• Processing estimates do not represent guaranteed delivery dates.
