Each Rooted Rich Society tote is crafted in carefully planned production batches to maintain the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail every piece deserves.

Beginning September 28: Any new order placed for an item clearly marked IN STOCK will have a processing timeframe of approximately 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please remember that In Stock does not mean same day or next day shipping. It means the inventory is physically available at Rooted Rich HQ and does not require production.

Orders placed before September 28 will continue according to the processing timeframe provided when the order was originally placed.

Care Instructions

To keep your Rooted Rich Society tote looking its best for years to come, we recommend the following:

• Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water.
• Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.
• Spot clean with a soft cloth and mild soap when needed.
• Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and abrasive brushes.
• Reshape while damp and allow the tote to air dry naturally.
• Use a handheld garment steamer to gently remove wrinkles if desired.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight.
